Founding Senior Product Designer — Remote (MENA)

We're hiring a Founding Senior Product Designer to shape a consumer social product from the ground up. The product is centered around helping people build healthier, happier family relationships, and design is at the core of how we get there.

You'll own product design end-to-end, from early concepts to shipped screens. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position where you'll work directly with the founder and a small team with tight feedback loops. You should be comfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and a maker. As we grow, this role has a clear path to leading the design function.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process for a consumer social mobile app.
• Translate complex user and business problems into clear, intuitive design solutions.
• Define and evolve the product's visual language and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and engineering to ship features at pace.
• Mentor the existing mid-level designer and help establish design standards as the team grows.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions from a design perspective.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with exceptional visual design skills and strong interaction design craft on mobile.
• Proficient in Figma as a primary design tool. Familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
• Has shipped consumer products where behavior and engagement are central (social, gaming, fintech, health, or similar).
• Proven track record of solving complex product and business problems through design.
• Comfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on maker in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with or strong interest in building and maintaining design systems is a plus.
• Gaming background, brand design experience, or strong brand sensibility is a plus.

How we work

You'll work closely with the founder and a small, design-led team based in KSA that cares deeply about craft. Expect tight feedback loops and fast iteration. There's an existing mid-level designer on the team you'll collaborate with and help raise the bar as we scale. Familiarity with Arabic language and MENA culture is a strong plus.
